From flooded yards and tired landscaping to outdoor lighting, lawn care, patios, fencing, snow removal, and more, Revive Your Lawn helps homeowners protect their property, boost curb appeal, and create outdoor spaces they actually want to use.
Local. Owner-led. Built for Chicagoland yards, weather, and homeowners.

Serving Chicagoland homeowners since the early 2000s.
Patrick and the team live and work right here in the Chicagoland area.
Drainage, landscaping, lighting, lawn care, fencing, gutters, snow, and more.
Clear communication, practical options, clean work, and no pressure.
You already have enough to manage.
Work. Kids. Family. The house. The calendar. The last thing you need is a yard that floods every time it rains, landscaping that looks tired, lights that never work right, gutters that need climbing, or a lawn that eats up your weekends.
And when you finally decide to hire someone, that comes with its own worries.
We get it. Homeowners invite us onto their property, around their family, and into one of their biggest investments. That trust matters.
So we built Revive Your Lawn to be the kind of company people can feel comfortable calling again and again, not just for one project, but for the whole outside of their home.
“The goal is simple: protect your home and make your yard a place you actually want to be.”
Revive Your Lawn started the way a lot of local businesses start: with one guy, a strong work ethic, and neighbors who needed help.
Patrick Chlada grew up in Chicagoland in a hard-working family where weekends meant mowing, shoveling, fixing things, and helping people out. In the early 2000s, he started taking on snow removal and small lawn jobs for friends and neighbors. Word spread. Soon those small jobs turned into lawn care, landscaping, drainage projects, outdoor lighting, patios, fencing, and full exterior makeovers.
Along the way, Patrick realized something important:
Homeowners did not just want someone to “cut the grass.”
They wanted someone who would pick up the phone. Someone who could explain what was going on in plain English. Someone who could solve real problems, like flooded yards and drainage issues, without leaving the property a mess. Someone who cared about the home, the family, the budget, and the long-term result.
That is what Revive Your Lawn became.
A local, full-service exterior company built around a simple promise:
Treat your home like it is on our own block.
A great outdoor space is not just about plants, mulch, or a clean mow.
It is about pulling into your driveway and feeling proud of what you see. It is about sending the kids or grandkids into the yard without worrying about mud, standing water, or slippery walkways. It is about hosting people on a patio you love. It is about lighting that makes your home feel safer, warmer, and more welcoming at night.
And yes, it is about protecting your property value, improving curb appeal, and making sure the outside of your home reflects the care you have put into the inside.
That is why Revive Your Lawn handles so much more than basic lawn care.
Stop dealing with standing water, muddy side yards, and drainage issues near your foundation. We help move water where it belongs, away from your home.
Refresh your front yard, redesign your backyard, add plantings, build outdoor living features, and create a property that feels polished, welcoming, and useful.
Get your weekends back with professional lawn care, seasonal cleanups, aeration, dethatching, seeding, sod, and more.
Light your home beautifully for everyday evenings, holidays, birthdays, game days, and backyard gatherings, without climbing ladders every season.
Add privacy, structure, shade, and character to your outdoor space with fencing, pergolas, patios, and custom exterior upgrades.
Stay safer in Chicagoland winters with snow and ice services built around protecting your property.
Chicagoland yards have their own personality.
Heavy spring rains. Clay soil. Freeze-thaw cycles. Hot summers. Snow and ice. Mature trees. Older homes. New additions. Busy neighborhoods where curb appeal matters.
We have worked through all of it.
Whether you are trying to protect your basement from water, clean up an overgrown landscape, prepare your lawn for the season, add permanent lighting, or finally build the backyard you have been talking about for years, our job is to make the process easier.
We will walk the property with you, explain what we are seeing, talk through your options, and help you choose the right next step for your home.
Just straight answers and solid work.

Homeowners have plenty of choices when it comes to landscaping companies. What makes Revive Your Lawn different is not just the number of services we offer. It is how we approach the work.
Pretty matters. But your home comes first. That means drainage, grading, water flow, safety, and long-term function are part of the conversation before we talk about the finishing touches.
You should not need to become a drainage expert, lighting expert, or lawn care expert to make a smart decision. We will explain what we recommend, why it matters, and what your options are.
You are busy. We keep communication simple, clear, and useful so you are not left wondering what is happening.
The job is not just done when the installation is complete. The crew, cleanup, and final appearance matter too.
A lot of homeowners first call us for one issue, then keep us around because it is easier to have one trusted team for everything outside.
We can tell you what we care about. But it means more when homeowners say it for us.
If that sounds like you, we would be happy to take a look.
We may not be the cheapest option, and we are not trying to be. Our goal is to give you honest recommendations, clear communication, respectful crews, and exterior work that makes your home safer, better-looking, and easier to enjoy.
If something is not right, we want to know about it. If there is a better way to solve the problem, we will tell you. And if we would not recommend it for our own home, we will not push it on yours.
Whether you need drainage help, new landscaping, lawn maintenance, outdoor lighting, fencing, snow removal, or a full exterior plan, Revive Your Lawn is here to help. Tell us what is going on with your property. We will walk you through your options and help you take the next right step.
